2026 Calabash Fall Trip

The 2026 Big Fore Fall golf trip will take place in Calabash, North Carolina.  Brunswick Plantation Resort Hotel check-in is Sunday, November 01 (4pm).  Golf will be played at the courses listed below on November 02 through November 06 (except Wednesday).  Check-out is Saturday, November 7 (10am Check-out).  This year’s weeklong trip package includes golf, prizes, and accommodations (see below).  For this trip, all golf signups and hotel reservations will be made through the Big Fore Golf Association using the “signups@bigfore.org” alias. When signing up, include number of bedrooms (1 or 2), names of room occupants, and who is a golfer and non-golfer.  As this is a group booking, no partial weeks for golf or lodging will be accepted.  If you can’t play golf all week, we’ll attempt to get rain checks, but there are no guarantees.

Voted one of the top 50 courses in the United States, this stunning golf community is located in Calabash, North Carolina. Nicely tucked away from the crowds, golfers can enjoy fishing, sparkling beaches, dining, and much more during a Brunswick Plantation stay and play experience. Flexible villa types include:

  • one bedroom, one bathroom (2 queen or 2 full beds)
  • two bedroom with two bathrooms (2 queen or 2 full beds per room)

  • 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Villa
    • 1 golfer: $1,520 each
    • 2 golfers: $1,024 each golfer
  • 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa
    • 2 golfers: $1,087 each golfer
    • 3 golfers: $900 each golfer
    • 4 golfers: $807 each golfer
Golf Only (not staying at resort)
  • 4 Days of Golf: $527

In addition, the package includes:

  • Welcome meeting (location TBD) will be held at 6:00pm
  • Friday night banquet (TBD)
  • Cart, range balls, bag drop tips, prizes (including Skins)
 

Signups/Deadlines

July 01: Outing signups due (signups after 7/1 will be based on availability)

Aug 01: Deposit due: $100 per golfer

Sept 08: Full payment due to Big Fore. If you have questions regarding final payment, please email the signups alias.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be charged cancellation fee, plus any penalties assessed by golf courses and hotels.  Cancellation of trip may result in loss of deposit – some hotels and golf courses require a non-refundable deposit when booking a package and have cancellation policies that state no refund will be returned.  No refunds are given out for unused portions of the golf package. Below are the Cancellation Penalties:

  • 36 days or more prior to arrival:  $50 per person, along with any non-refundable fees.
  • 20 to 35 days prior to arrival:  $75 per person, along with any non-refundable fees.
  • 9 to 19 days prior to arrival:  $100 per person, along with any non-refundable fees.
  • 8 days or less prior to arrival:  No Refund will be issued.
