2025 Myrtle Beach Fall Trip

The 2025 Big Fore Fall golf trip will take place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  Hotel check is Sunday, November 02 (4pm Check-in).  Golf will be played at the courses listed below on November 03 through November 07 (except Wednesday).  Check-out is Saturday, November 08 (10am Check-out).  This year’s week long trip package includes golf, prizes, and accommodations (see below).  For this trip, all golf signups and hotel reservations will be made through the Big Fore Golf Association using the “signups@bigfore.org” alias. When signing up, include number of bedrooms and names of room occupants.  As this is a group booking, no partial weeks for golf or lodging will be accepted.  If you can’t play golf all week, we’ll attempt to get rain checks, but there are no guarantees.

Grand Atlantic is unique to Myrtle Beach because we offer a wide variety of different condo sizes to fit the needs of couples, families, golf groups, girlfriend weekends and reunions. Guests can choose their ideal condo type to meet their vacation needs. Flexible condo types include:

Signups/Deadlines

July 01: Outing signups due (signups after 7/1 will be based on availability)

Aug 01: Deposit due: $100 per golfer

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will be charged cancellation fee, plus any penalties assessed by golf courses and hotels.  Cancellation of trip may result in loss of deposit – some hotels and golf courses require a non-refundable deposit when booking a package and have cancellation policies that state no refund will be returned.  No refunds are given out for unused portions of the golf package. Below are the Cancellation Penalties:

  • 36 days or more prior to arrival:  $50 per person, along with any non-refundable fees.
  • 20 to 35 days prior to arrival:  $75 per person, along with any non-refundable fees.
  • 9 to 19 days prior to arrival:  $100 per person, along with any non-refundable fees.
  • 8 days or less prior to arrival:  No Refund will be issued.
